No one can hire you as a founder - you have to hire yourself

Entrepreneurs are not factory machines.

We create, build, and innovate from scratch.

Starting a company doesn’t follow a set pattern.

There’s no interview process, and no one hands you a job description.

Here are three things to remember.

1️. You build your own title.

Your role evolves with your company.

Different situations or stages, different solutions.

You have to adapt everyday.

2️. Your journey is yours alone.

You can always learn from others.

But your own path is unique.

Embrace the uncertainty that comes with it.

3️. You are the master of disaster.

You have to make the first step.

(And all the rest of the steps)

No one will tap you on the shoulder and say, "Congratulations, you're now a founder!"

Founders have similar traits, but you are a version that never existed before.

Leave your fingerprint on it!
