You don’t need a perfect passion to start

If you’re a (future) founder stuck between a safe job and a vague dream, try this: 👇

1️⃣ Write your “never again” list

Be specific about the life you refuse to return to:

No more 80% meetings / 20% work

No more feeling replaceable on a ledger

No more trading health for someone else’s targets

2️⃣ Define your non-negotiables for work

Not job titles, but conditions:

How do you want to spend most of your day?
How much autonomy do you need?
What kind of impact must your work have to feel meaningful?

Ask: “Given what I’ve lived and what I won’t tolerate…

→ Which people can I help?

→ Which problem feels unacceptable to ignore?”

Founders: What’s one thing your company must give you that your old job never could? 👇
