Building something is not about the end result, it’s about you
Unpopular opinion:
Building a business is more about YOU than the business itself.
We expect founders to build companies and then we forget about them.
This is why I wanted my story to be about the human side of entrepreneurship, not about the companies I tried to build.
My book isn’t about inspiration.
It’s about the emotional challenges I faced.
It’s about the learnings that helped me most.
Here are four insights I've noted down while looking back at my journey while writing my book.
📌 Your worth isn't tied to your company's success.
📌 First-time founder? Feeling overwhelmed is normal.
📌 Second time founder? I'm sure it still applies.
📌 We create unrealistic expectations that bite us back in the form of emotions
My book isn't a guide to building the perfect "Formula 1 car." Instead, it's about taking care of the pilot.
Entrepreneurship isn't just about the destination.
It’s about who you become along the way.
If you want to dive deeper into these learnings I invite you to check out my book on Amazon:
