I used to think that all ideas succeed.
I was naive and inexperienced.

Years ago, three high school friends opened a bar in our hometown of Zaragoza, Spain.

I was convinced they’d do amazingly well.

I regretted I couldn’t join.

I was living abroad.

But it turned out to be a complete train wreck.

Over the years, I saw more ideas fail than I’d like to admit. This is why I’m starting to question my initial instincts.

I’ve learned that my biases can cloud my judgment.

True growth comes when we recognize our blind spots.

Next time you’re convinced about an idea, ask yourself: Am I being objective, or could there be a bias at play?

Challenge one assumption you’re holding onto this week and see where it takes you.
